Went very well the whole visit.
My wife and I went here to new hearing aids for her. The gentleman who did her screening, I can’t remember his name, but was invested in getting her the best option for her. No sales push, just honest. Once done, she felt great because this was a great appointment. We left and felt listened to. Plus they had donuts and wether’s original. Best place. The receptionist, was an absolutely wonderful too. Thank you.

Very quick. Cleared ear wax out of right ear and off I went.
The audiologist was very nice and informative. But Audible needs to explain their trade in quote better! I figured I could get an upgrade with what my insurance pays and trading in 2 pair of hearing aids. Not the case it doesn’t work that way if you have insurance. I feel this is very misleading !
My mother was treated well, and she is getting new hearing aids.
These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond to help me even though technically they didn’t have to help me by alleviating the pain I’ve dealt with for nearly a year. They deal with a different brand of hearing aids. All I can say is THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
